Recovery Happens Through Community


Pauls Plan Ministries (PPM) is a peer-led Recovery Community Organization providing recovery peer support services, reentry support, recovery housing, outreach, resource navigation, and community stabilization services designed to strengthen recovery, dignity, and long-term community reintegration.
 

Who We Are

PPM is a community-based Recovery Community Organization focused on supporting individuals, families, and communities through peer-led recovery support services, recovery-oriented systems, reentry stabilization, housing support, outreach engagement, and long-term recovery connection.

 

We believe recovery is possible for everyone and that healing happens through connection, support, dignity, accountability, and community.

 

PPM supports individuals across multiple stages of:

 

* Recovery

* Reentry

* Stabilization

* Housing transition

* Community reintegration

* Family restoration

* Workforce development

* Long-term recovery engagement

Peer-led recovery and reentry support services operating within correctional and justice-related environments.

* Warm handoffs upon release

* Community corrections collaboration

* Court support

* Treatment linkage

LIGHTHOUSE RECOVERY RESIDENCE

 

A structured peer-supported recovery residence focused on accountability, recovery engagement, independent living development, and long-term reintegration.

Participation in any specific recovery philosophy, faith tradition, or pathway is not required to access services.

PPM also provides space for spirtiual growth and connections at Tippecanoe County Community Corrections on Monday and Wednesay nights.
